What is Agentforce?

In a world where customers demand instant answers and personalized experiences, businesses need more than just traditional tools. That’s where Agentforce comes in, Salesforce’s new platform that takes artificial intelligence to the next level.

Agentforce: Intelligent agents that work for your business

Agentforce is a Salesforce solution that enables the creation of autonomous AI agents capable of interacting with customers, employees, and internal teams in a natural, fast, and efficient way. These agents not only answer questions but also take action, make decisions, and execute real-world tasks within the company’s systems.

Unlike traditional chatbots, Agentforce is designed to understand context, learn over time, and provide more human and accurate answers.

What can Agentforce do?

Agentforce can be adapted to multiple areas o fbusiness, for example:

  • Customer service: resolving questions, managing incidents and providing follow-up without human intervention.
  • Sales: helping to qualify leads, prepare proposals, or answer questions about products.
  • Internal support: assisting employees with internal processes, data, or requests.
  • Operations: Automate repetitive tasks and complex workflows.

All of this happens securely, connected to the company’s real data thanks to the Salesforce platform.

Integrated with your data and processes

One of the biggest benefits of Agentforce is its native integration with the Salesforce ecosystem, including CRM, Data Cloud, and Einstein AI. This means agents work withup-to-date, reliable information that’s aligned with business rules.

The result: more relevant answers, smarter actions, and better decisions.

Key benefits for businesses

Implementing Agentforce allows organizations to

  • Reduce response times
  • Improve the customer experience
  • Increase team productivity
  • Scaling up care without increasing costs
  • Maintaining control and security of data

The future of work is already here

Agentforce doesn’t replace people, it empowers them. It frees teams from repetitive tasks so they can focus on higher-value activities, while intelligent agents handle the operational work.

In short,Salesforce’s Agentforce is a new way of working: smarter, faster, and more connected to the customer. A key tool for companies that want to lead in the age of artificial intelligence.

The 10 phases of Agentforce

You’ve decided to implement Agentforce in your company, congratulations! At Radical One, we’ve seen many companies transform their processes through Agentforce, and we’re confident yours will be a success story too.

To support you in your implementation process (even indirectly) we have prepared a series of 10steps for you to take during this new phase for your organization. These 10 points reflect a process we have polished through our diverse experiences with customers across various sectors, sizes, and challenges.

1.      Define the business problem (not the agent)

2.      Choose the first agent (high impact, low risk)

3.      Prepare Salesforce (minimum data and order)

4.      Define the agent’s rules of action

5.      Implement in controlled mode

6.      Train the team

7.      Measure KPIs from day one

8.      Adjust rules and improve behavior

9.      Upgrade to new agents

10.   Governance and continuous control

Define the business problem

Before deciding which agent to implement, you need to clearly identify the problem it will solve. Agentforce isn’t executed because it’s trendy or for personal preference; it’s employed to solve a problem. Remember that Agentforce is an enhancement tool, not a magic bullet that will change the course of your business. Start by analyzing your business:

  • Where is the most time wasted?
  • Which tasks are overly dependent on people?
  • What processes are forgotten or executed late?
  • Where is there friction with customers or leads?
  • I have opportunities without follow-up.
  • There are customer support cases that are very repetitive.
  • There is incomplete data in my CRM
  • Lack of trade alerts
  • Which KPI do I want to improve?

Common mistake:

“We will implement Agentforce”

Accurate method:

“We want to improve KPI X using Agentforce”

Choose the first agent

The first agent must achieve:

– Solving a repetitive problem

– Have clear rules

– Impact a KPI

– Do not touch critical processes

Ideal agents to start with:

o  Commercial monitoring

o  Pay attention to FAQs

o  Data quality

A well-chosen agent justifies the entireinvestment.

Prepare Salesforce

Agentforce operates on real data. Before activating agents, perform the following key actions

  • Define required fields
  • Clean duplicates
  • Validate stages and states
  • Establish a “single source of truth”

Implementing Agentforce on unsorted data is equivalent to automating errors.

Define the agent’s rules of action

Before the agent acts, define:

  • What can it do automatically?
  • When should you request confirmation?
  • When should you lift a person?
  • What actions are prohibited?

Example:

“If an opportunity has no activity for 5 days → send a reminder. If it exceeds 10 days → escalate to the responsible user.”

Agentforce executes rules, it does not interpret the business.

Implement in controlled mode

As with any improvement to your software or process, don’t start in full production.

Good practices:

  • Activate the agent in a small group
  • Limit actions at the start
  • Monitor behavior
  • Adjust responses and rules

Train the team

Users are the ones who must fully understand how to coexist with the agent; what does the agent do? what doesn’t do? how to interact with it? when to interfere?

The agent helps, does not replace people.

Measure KPIs from day one

Agentforce must justify its value with real data from day one.

Adjust rules and improve behavior

The agent implementation process is not finished; it is a process that has to change and be updated continuously;

  • Adjust thresholds
  • Refine messages
  • Improve scaling criteria
  • Increase autonomy gradually

Upgrade to new agents

Finish one process before starting a second. Learn from experience, replicate the model, tackle new areas, increase automation.

Governance and continuous control

As discussed in section 8, Agentforce is a continuous improvement process that must adapt and evolve over time. Here are some best practices to keep in mind when analyzing your agent:

1.     Monthly review of results ( KPIs before and after)

2.     Inspection

3.     Rule adjustment

4.     Permanent supervision

Agentforce – Applied Intelligence

A perspective that will help you understand better the concept of Artificial Intelligence, or as it’s commercially known “AI,” is toshift your understanding of it to applied intelligence. Throughout each generation, technology has evolved, and new tools have been created and/or designed that have allowed us to perform our daily tasks more easily: the internal combustion engine, radio, telephone, television, internet, computers, among others. All these new technologies have increased people’s capabilities. Before, to send a message from one country to another, you had to usehandwritten letters, which were deposited at a post office. Delivery time depended on conditions and resources, and it could take anywhere from days to weeks to receive a message. With the advent of telecommunications, this time gap was considerably reduced. The same happens with “AI,” which we will refer from now on as Applied Intelligence; it represents an increase in the operational capacity of individuals, companies, institutions, and so on.

What is operational capacity?

As we’ve already learned, AI isn’t meant to replace people, but to make their work more efficient. And one of the most important points when considering implementing Agentforce is the approach and the process. Before thinking about agents, we have to think about the business problem;

  • Where is time being wasted today?
  • Which tasks are overly dependent on people?
  • What processes are forgotten or executed late?
  • Where is there friction with customers or leads?

These are some examples of real processes where areas of opportunity may exist;

  • Opportunities without follow-up
  • Repetitive support cases
  • Incomplete data in CRM
  • Lack of trade alerts

The most common mistake is wanting to implement Agentforce or any “AI” tool. The correct approach is: I want to improve my customer response time by 25% using Agentforce. This is the right approach for implementing growth in business operational capacity.

Area of opportunity:

My customer response time is 6 hours. That’s a long time compared to the market standard.

Root cause analysis:

–       Repetitive processes

–       Peak demand hours

–       Lack of standardized processes

–       Lack of training for the personnel who carry out the work

–       Lack of an information system

Goal:

– Reduce response time by 60%, from 6 hours to an average of 2.4 hours

How we will do it:

– Implementing Agentforce

Allows the device to:

1. Focus on important tasks

2. Reduce errors

3. Work in a more organized way

4. Make better decisions

This new vision of increasing operational capacity through Agentforce allows companies to set objectives, define the implementation project, and monitor KPIs to ensure the desired goal: increasing the company’s operational capacity.

At Radical One, we understand our clients’ goals: improve their results through tools that generate impact in the short, medium, and long term. At Radical One , we’re not interested in implementing “Artificial Intelligence”; we’re interested in empowering our clients, partnering with them in their growth, supporting them in their improvement processes, and creating a clear transformation through working with Radical One . We don’t sell promises; we sell measurable results.

Breaking AI myths

When we talk about artificial intelligence, the problem is usually not the technology, the problems are the myths that surrounds it.

In many conversations with business and project owners, the same pattern emerges: interest inAI, but also doubts, fears, and hesitations. Not because AI doesn’t work, but because of several factors that impact the understanding of AI: too much information, information with a very technical focus, bad user experiences, among others.

At Radical One, we understand your concerns and fears, which is why we’ve created a list of the main myths we’ve heard from our clients and how we’ve supported them in their learning process about AI.

Myth 1: “AI will replace people”

The reality is that AI is not here to replace people, it is here to help people do their jobs better, offering tools that allow them to work more efficiently, saving people time, time that can be focused on tasks that truly generate value.

AI doesn’t replace talent, it enhances it.

Myth 2: “AI is not for me, it’s only for big companies”

Today, AI is more accessible than ever, and paradoxically, it has the greatest impact on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Why? Because they typically have a smaller organizational structure, making it easier to implement improvements in a small team than in a large one.Furthermore, SMEs generally involve more manual tasks and a high degree of dependence on certain individuals (owners, managers, etc.). AI helps reduce this workload and reliance on people.

Well-applied AI levels the playing field.

Myth 3: “Implementing AI is very complex”

Complexity arises when you try to do everything at once.

Successful implementations:

They start with a single use case

They address a specific problem

They are implemented gradually

It’s not complex when there is proper planning and objectives.

Myth 4: “AI makes decisions on its own”

AI does not make decisions for the company; it executes rules defined by the business and always under human supervision.

Control remains with the company, not with the technology.

Myth 5: “I have little information; I don’t need to use AI”

It’s not about quantity, but quality. With organized data and clear rules, AI can generate real impact from day one.

Better data, better results.

Myth 6: “AI is very expensive”

When AI is implemented without objectives and planning, the return on investment is usually low, but when implemented with real business objectives, it impacts very specific KPIs:

– Time

– Costs

– Conversion

– Customer experience.

If it doesn’t impact KPIs, the return is uncertain.

Myth 7: “AI is not safe”

Security does not depend on AI, but on where and how it is implemented. In enterprise platforms, AI:

– Respect permissions

– Maintains traceability

– It operates under clear rules

Safety is part of the design, not an added risk.

Myth 8: “AI is just a trend”

Trends are promising. Well-implemented AI delivers:

– Excellent customer service

– Track on sales

– Order in processes

– Better decisions

It’s not a trend, it’s an improvement.

Myth 9: “AI understands the business on its own”

Intelligence is still in business.AI:

– Learn with context

– Execute rules

– Needs supervision

AI doesn’t replace judgment; it performs it better. There are many success stories we’ve seen when implementing AI; the question isn’t whether it works, it’s how it’s implemented. At Radical One, we don’t start by talking about Agentforce; we start by talking about your business; goals, processes, areas of opportunity, KPIs, and then we use AI agents where they really make an impact.
